چکیده

Abstract In this work, a human sweat-based wearable sensor for real-time glucose monitoring has been fabricated on cotton substrate after treating it with two-step polymerization of pyrrole. The pyrrole-treated fabric was coated solution copper sulphate pentahydrate to grow Cu layer. cotton/pyrrole/Cu treated the solutions acetate and manganese form Cu–Mn transition-metal alloy via electrochemical deposition technique. Results indicate that developed is reliable detection limit 125 µM 378 µM. addition, output ranged between 50 400 coefficient correlation, R 2 = 0.983, indicating linear range current. sensor's response not significantly affected by interferents. also validated sweat satisfactory results.

Wearable/disposable sweat-based glucose monitoring device with multistage transdermal drug delivery module

Electrochemical analysis of sweat using soft bioelectronics on human skin provides a new route for noninvasive glucose monitoring without painful blood collection. However, sweat-based glucose sensing still faces many challenges, such as difficulty in sweat collection, activity variation of glucose oxidase due to lactic acid secretion and ambient temperature changes, and delamination of the enz...

The development of carbon nanomaterials enhanced potassium sensor and glucose sensor for applications in wearable sweat-based sensing

Inkjet printed graphene (IPG) has recently shown tremendous promise in reducing the cost and complexity of graphene circuit fabrication. In this work, we fabricate an ion selective electrode (ISE) with IPG for the first time. A thermal annealing process in a nitrogen ambient environment converts the IPG into a highly conductive electrode (sheet resistance changes from 52.8 ± 7.4 MΩ/☐ for unanne...
